Maitland Peak
Our family-owned company, Peaks Ranches, was established in 1978 by Maitland and Priscilla Peak by the purchase of a lemon orchard in Oxnard, California. When Maitland passed away, his son-in-law Donald Blaser took over the management of the company. The orchard was eventually sold to the City of Oxnard. In 1989, Peaks Ranches began purchasing investment properties in Southern Oregon. We have since developed and leased medical, professional office, light industrial, governmental, and retail facilities. We manage and maintain all of our properties. We are passionate about helping our customers succeed in their business and to this end we provide prompt service in meeting your facility needs. We believe our mission to help you succeed will ensure our success!
Priscilla Peak
We offer assistance with your office layout, taking your project from conception through plan approval to final build out. We will build-to-suit and have purchase options on selected lease programs. Our leases include full-service gross or net leases depending on your corporate needs. Courtesy offered to qualified brokers. Being locally owned allows us to focus on building relationships with the people of our community. About Donald Blaser, Managing Partner: Don has been active in local and interstate commercial real estate for over 45 years. Because of his extensive experience in developing, leasing and managing commercial property, he recognizes that each commercial transaction is unique in nature. Don and his wife Linda left Southern California to move to the beautiful Rogue Valley in 1970, where they have raised their four daughters and now enjoy time with their eight grandchildren. Don’s relationships extend beyond the familial to the many relationships developed over the years through Peaks Ranches. While Don’s wife is active in the world of horses and miniature Highland cattle, Don’s passion is sailing. He owns what is arguably the only “still working” indoor pirate ship in the state of Oregon. His door is always open to those who come to visit The Pirate Ship at the Runway Drive office.
